Description
the case of veneers and solids retains old/original finish. There is a bit of veneer missing just above the lock and another along the bottom edge. A horizontal molding just above the curved base is missing. Original painted dial has some loss at 8 + 12. Hands are original. Left "ear" or carved accent has a glue repair; there is a crack along the right "ear". Some worm damage in the rear bezel supports and box. Pendulum is correct and regulates a robust fusee movement, cable drive. Dial signed Ebe'r Fisher, Ellesmere.
