Description

Condition: Refinished mahogany case in good condition with restorations. Period dial has been repainted. Tablets have some age with flaking and poor restoration. Side arms are of the type that is seen in New Hampshire. Movement is period and held in the case with two mounting screws. Bottom board has been replaced. Glue blocks in the bottom box are missing. Finial is modern. Hands are not what you usually find on a banjo timepiece, but they seem to fit. There are the remains of a jewelers label inside the throat. Ht. 32"
