Description
Condition: the rosewood veneer is separating from the pine carcass; much of the brass inlay has lifted and some is missing. Various moldings are missing. Interesting movement with 40 tooth escape wheel offers a seconds hand that rotates one per minute; mounting bracket has failed and been soldered. Although this movement is likely original to the case, someone marked out the position for a replacement and drilled 4 small holes, but it does not appear they finished the swap. 8" Dial is painted, not porcelain. A labor of love to restore. Ht 41"
