Description
Condition: there is corner roughness on the marble base. The Huntsman shows wear to its finish and some touch up. Runs and strikes on a bell. Mov't with the mark of Guilmet. For an example of this clock, see Derek Roberts' book titled Mystery, Novelty and Fantasy Clocks, page 250, fig 21-6, and note our lot has both the rings in the dog's mouths and the original bird pendulum.
