with broken arch topped dovetailed bonnet with central flame carved finial resting atop a pineapple carved half column, plain rosette terminal on goose necks, tombstone form hinged door, flanked by plain tapered full columns with ring turned capitals and base, waist with fluted quarter columns and scallop topped overlapping door, hinged at right with inset key lock, base with matching quarter columns and raised panel in burled cherry matching waist door, with ogee bracket feet, pine secondary wood. The painted iron dial has moon phase with world hemispheres below, second bit and calendar, chapter ring with Roman numerals, all others in Arabic, polychrome painted spandrels with branching floral spray, brass 8-day weight driven time and strike English bell strike movement, signed Osborn, cast brass hands, 97" tall. Condition report Refinished, replaced feet and possibly finial, some wear to dial. We do not guarantee working order of clocks and watches.
