Description
30-hour time and strike, weight-driven, wooden works. Painted wooden dial, Arabic numerals, gilt scrollwork center and corners. Carved and inlaid mahogany half columns, feet and splat, flanked by plain plinths. Rope-carved columns, paw feet and satinwood line inlaid scroll-cut splat; both dial glass and tablet are nice replacements with cottage scene on tablet. Original finish cleaned and thinned. 16.5" wide x 5" deep x 27.25" high.Ex Paul A. Heffner Collection.As above, else VG.
