The case has canted corners on the waist, a molded door, and tapered feet. English brass works with polychrome-painted dial signed Richard Chester Hanover who worked in Hanover, Pennsylvania in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Retains a wonderful old, possibly original, finish, ca 1800-1815; 94.25" high x 17" wide x 10" deep.Minor surface wear and age cracks; VG.
