probably New York, ca 1800-1810, in mahogany with crotch mahogany veneer, with poplar secondary wood. Decorated with string inlay and with inlaid triangles on the plinth and inlaid rosettes. The brass movement has a repainted dial that reads Osborne's Manufactury Birmingham. Retains weights and a pendulum; 93.75" high x 18.5" wide x 10.5" deep.
