single-piece stamped steel case/dial with raised dial in original green, black and white painted finish in Art Deco style with arched Procter & Gamble below hands, black hour and minute hands and red second hand with True Value printed in white, black Arabic numerals and marked Whitehall/Hammond Sychronous Movement below #6, original very worn fabric-covered electric cord, not currently running, 14" square x 2.25" deep. Condition report Paint ca 92%, needs rewiring.
