Hamilton Model 22 Marine Chronometer with 21-jewel movement, silvered dial, stem wind, seconds bit at 6 o'clock and 48 hour winding indicator. Brass case in gimbals in original mahogany three-tiered box with latch closure. Case tub engraved with serial #14380. Marked on the dial Hamilton / Lancaster, PA., U.S.A.; movement marked Model 22, 21 jewels / adjust to temp & 6 pos. / U.S. Navy Bur. Ships-1943 / 2F27718. Inner case is 6" x 6" x 6"; outer case is 7.5" high x 10" across x 9" deep. Condition report Few scratches to case; carry strap missing; currently running; we do not guarantee working order of clocks and watches.
