20" diameter turned and painted wooden dial with Roman on chapter ring, outer minute ring marked with dots, leaf spray every 5 minutes and Arabic on the quarter hour, brass and wood 8-day weight driven time, strike and organ chimes with intact bellows and roller, in curly birch? veneered pine case with flat top bonnet with curly birch veneered circular bonnet door, waist with matching diamond-shaped inset panel, and old chalk inscription on interior, original brass hardware, and base with straight bracket base and half-circle recessed panel in center, moulding at junctions is in original ebonized finish. Top of bonnet with original oilcloth, sides with doors with turned spindles and oilcloth, organ arbor on right side, 41 pipes, 14.25" x 26" x 89" high. AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: Lacking pendulum. Condition report Not currently working, non-active woodworm damage to pine, top oil cloth torn, missing hour hand but has extra set of hands found later in base of clock.
