Description
Condition: lacks quarter strike mechanism, with empty hole in case top for second bell and hammer. The quarter snail is still present on the rear of the minute shaft, but there is no follower, linkage, hammer or bell. Still what is left, hour and half striker is clean and working OK. Original porcelain dial is in extra nice condition; hands original. Case with recent paint and gilding. If in complete condition, this might fetch $3000. Height 19.5 inches
