Description

Condition: Porcelain dial is perfect and hands are original. Mahogany case in original finish with dings and scratches. Small brass plaque on the top reads: "U.S.S.B. Ship Watch No. 1289". The United States Shipping Board was established as an emergency agency by the Shipping Act (39 Stat. 729), on Sept 7, 1916. Ht. 5.25"
