Description
Condition: rollers have been re-covered and Dana personally re-painted the bottom dial; top dial is original. Dana got this clock from his uncle Harry Highriter, who had removed the fancy trim from sides and top to "improve" its appearance (attaching holes are visible). Door lock is absent. See Ly's Seth Thomas book, 3rd edition, page 89 for what the trim should look like. Some minor chips in veneer in throat area. Large drive gear and elliptic for the calendar are properly replaced. With original trim it is 45" tall; Ht in this foto 33"
