Description
Condition: overall very good original condition, the well made gong strike movement with Japy gold medal medallion. The case, which was original gilded has been polished to brass and lacquered; some tarnish on door where lacquer has failed; dial and pendulum retain original gilding. Note interesting construction with reeded columns at the corners. Movement is clean and running. Height 11 inches [27.5cm]
