Description
Condition: this clock must have stood a long time with the dome intact, since the bright yellow gilding is wonderful. The signature on the dial is a little weak, but still legible; overall the porcelain dial in excellent and the fine hands are original. The champion at the top, in 17th Century formal dress. The well made bell strike movement is signed with Japy award medallion, and appears to be in very good order. Music box is wound by a pull cord, and with a push-pull knob for play/silent. Ht = 23"
