Description
Condition: overall excellent original condition, only the slightest of edge blemishes on the marble and the original gilding on the statue and adornments is bright frosty yellow. Scantily clad Venus is looking in her jewel box, her breasts showing from the front, and her bottom showing tastefully from the rear. Well made silk thread movement is running and striking, and with desirable serpent hands. Height 23 inches [57cm]
