Description
Condition: retains original Seth Thomas movement in good order, now brass bushed (nicely done). Nice original dial with repair dates starting in 1852 up through 1908. Original tablet has considerable loss, especially in the border area, but is still restorable, has 2 nice buildings with domed roofs. Retains 3 original Seth Thomas finials, and correct original hands. Has original scrolls and returns, never broken nor repaired. Finish is also original. Minor loss is the missing tin dust cover from rear. Very good label. Overall a very good and original scroll that is sure to please a discriminating collector. Height 32 inches [81cm]
