Description
Condition: Well made mahogany case where someone spent a lot of time ALSO making and fitting the early style movement and wagon spring (case, movement and wagon spring are all home-made). Should have been entered in a craft contest, as we can see no piece that was not made from scratch. An original should sell for around $4000. This was consigned from Tennessee and we would be pleased to know the maker if he will write us. Birge-Fuller label in case is new (and should say Ives).
