Description
Condition: this oak case lost its lower splat, and someone cut and mitered in an incorrect straight piece; we sold a cousin to this in May '05, lot 510, from which we have made a detail foto to show you what needs to be on this case. The dials were repainted around 20 years ago and the time dial has a scratch through 7 and 8. Pendulum, hands, and beat scale are fine. Uses reliable New Haven double spring 30 day movement. Original crazed finish on case, except for bottom board. Label on rear. Would be $1200 if all original. Ht as shown, 45.2" [115cm]
