Description

Condition: Refinished mahogany veneered case in good condition with some minor veneer loss and repairs. Mirror is a replacement. Stenciling on the columns has been professionally restored. Stenciling on the splat is original but dark. There are also a couple of flat spots on the top of the splat (top eighth inch or so absent). Strike train side of the movement has been professionally restored, and seems OK. Dial is not original to the clock and also has paint loss and because it is severely warped, there is no room to attach the hands. Label displays the census for 1820 and 1830. Height 31.2 inches [79cm]
