Description
Condition: Inlayed mahogany case in nice condition with an old finish and just a small chip on the top back edge. Original silvered dial is quite nice for its age. Hands are original. Movement chimes on 4 large coiled flat wire gongs, and strikes the hours on a larger, deep toned gong. Clock also has a pull cord to activate the strike sequence. Deluxe quality movement has removable spring barrels, solid plates and cut pinions. Case has brass bun feet, and small turned wood side columns with brass capitals. Nice tone. Ht 13.5" [34.2 cm]
