Description
Condition: a repairman has for some reason removed the cam follower and arm that rotate the head, a screw fills the vacant hole to it is not so noticeable. The bellows has been recovered with a black synthetic material. Whistles loudly, however hangs up before the end of the tune and has to be re-started with coaxing of the governor. Ht 13.1" [33cm]
