Description
Condition: overall very good original condition, with some tasteful repairs (leaf tips re-glued here and there). The stag himself, stands 25" from the ground to antler tip. The lower section of the case is decorated with carved ferns of a couple of kind, and several other kinds of plant and fungi. The oak clock dial has Roman numerals and original carved bone hands. Most of these were carved in the Interlaken area. We have seen poorer examples sell for more than our estimate. Ht 47" [119cm]
