Description

Condition: the mahogany case has been refinished, and the front lock is absent. Well made movement with spotted plates is in good condition. Engraved and silvered dial is in excellent condition, and bearing serial number 6648, and with the additional inscription, "Makers to the Queen, 30 and 32 Slater St, Liverpool", and with the royal crown and VR (for Victoria Regina). Dial diameter, OD = 4" [10.16cm], width of box =7.2", ht of box = 7.5"
