Description
Condition: Onyx parts of the case are pretty good with some roughness on a couple of edges on the front of the base. Whatever type of gold finish was put on the cast metal parts of the case has mellowed to a dull gold look. The figural statue probably has an old repair to the neck, painted over. Porcelain dial has a couple of hairline cracks and chips at the time side winding arbor. Movement is clean and running, however, by all appearances, this is another make case, now with a Waterbury open 'scape movement. Ht 27.75" [70.4 cm]
