Description
Condition: other than pendulum stick (wooden) that appears to be replaced, this clock is all original, with beveled glass top and bottom and a very good original dial. As with the Standard Electric Time Co of Waterbury and the Self Winding Clock Co of NY, Stromberg purchased movements, mounts and pendulums from Seth Thomas. The company was formed in 1905 by Alfred Stromberg to fill the need for industrial clocks and time recorders in the Chicago area. The firm was sold in 1935 to General Time Corp. Height 60 inches Exceptionally clean with great original finish, and running well on Dc converter from 110v.
