Description
Condition: the marble has several small edge chips along the top, and the corners on the bottom have been chipped off, other chips along the base, and the entire case has been painted black, with some orange peel evident. The well made gong strike movement is complete and sound. The calendar movement is tripped once each day by a lever from the top movement. The calendar also indicates the moons age with a rotating enamel disk, a white moon against a blue enamel sky. There are hairlines in the chapter ring around 12 o'clock, and a small chip near the F/S adjuster. Height 19.75 inches
