Description
Condition: the nice Edwardian case retains original finish, finials and side frets. The key lock front door is without key. The square brass dial has winged cherub spandrels at all corners. The gilding on the mat center is weak, and the engraved and silvered chapter ring has some oxidation and loss of silvering. Retains nice original tulip hands. Note the case has shrunk a bit and the front door comes a couple of millimeters from closing; you may need to relocate the hinges a small amount. The clock is running and chiming Whittington tune robustly. Height 20.5 inches
