Description
Condition: this is overall in very good original condition, with a wonderful porcelain dial, with the makers name on the dial, and his initials, "CD" on the movement. The 3 train movement sounds the quarters and hours on 2 coiled wire gongs, and then music plays at the hour, or at will if you pull the cord in the alcove of the clock. Music box is key wound from the right side of the case. There are some items that need attention: one of the alabaster finials has separated into 2 pieces and needs gluing, and a couple of dampers on the music box seem absent, however for its age, the box sounds very good. Lacks rear dust cover. Height 23 inches
