Description
Condition: the bronze appears to have been nicely regilded some time ago and is still brilliant, however some plating chemicals have oozed out in a couple of corners.. If you thumb through Brittens Old Clock and Watches and Their Makers, you will find the original of this clock illustrated, made by Cronier. This is a quality Victorian re-cast. The well made bell strike movement is numbered 2404, and with matching number pendulum. Overall very good condition. Height 13 inches
