Description
Condition: very good to excellent original condition. All American companies tried in the last quarter of the 1800s to produce clocks with classic "Antique" designs, and New Haven was no exception. This clock has their premium round plated movement with brushed plates and French style cathedral gong. The only minor note is that the sentry's lance has gotten bent over and we didn't have the courage to try to straighten it. For reference, see this model in Tran Ly's book on New Haven clocks (1997), page 201, figure 761. Height 16 inches
