Description
Condition: the spelter figures have been over painted with gold; small boy at right has a repair at his ankle. The well made bell strike movement has been cleaned and is running and striking. The porcelain dial is good and the hands are original. A brass plaque at the base of the monument bears the title above. Height 17 inches
