Description

Condition: someone has sprayed lacquer over the original finish which is still intact underneath the spray fog. Three is a chip in the dial around the center arbor that is not noticeable. Balance of the clock is original and very good. For reference see Tran Ly's Waterbury book [2001], page 129. Waterbury describes this as "Full Westminster Quarter Hour Chime on Five Straight Wire Gongs", and with "bronze finished feet, bases and caps". Large 3-tr solid plate movement with open springs. Height 17.6 inches
