Description
Condition: the pendulum has a wooden stick which is improper; would probably have been 12 inch brass or steel on this style clock. The movement itself is very interesting, with cut out or "skeletonized" plates. The dial signature is weak, but you can just make it out; no town is apparent, but a label inside the door touts "Tuke and Co., Jewelers, opticians, Newbridge". Case is mahogany veneer and panels over oak carcass. Bill bought this clock at Bourne's in Hyannis, in May of 1988. Height 39 inches
