Description

Condition: Overall very good condition; items that keep it from being excellent are 1) replaced glass that is painted like a thermometer rather than simple pattern (proper examples are available in literature) 2) a re-cast weight that runs the clock, but should have a proper anchor inset to hold the hook. The best part is the original presentation by Charles C. Lund, and dated 1865. 3) Original movement with counter weight fir minute hand is not signed, but has certainly always been in the clock. 4) original weight broke bottom; cleanly repaired. Some touch up to numerals and signature, but still an excellent dial. Height 26 inches
