Description
Condition: overall this clock is in very good condition, the oak case refinished some time ago and with a mellow patina. The movement is signed with the HW insignia "Hausuhrenfabrik Winterhalder", and the name Winterhalder - Germany at the bottom. This was the domestic arm of Winterhalder and Hofmeier in Neustadt. The well made movement has beat adjust above the verge, brushed plates, dead beat escapement and maintaining power. Weight hook is replaced. Note winding is through the center of the hour hand. Height 71 inches
