Description
Condition: the case was stripped and refinished with clear lacquer around 1960. Some of the small veneer repairs made at the time have failed, and the case is generally dirty. The feet are suspect, although they have been there a while. Retains original dial and hands. The label is torn, missing left half, lacks the name Spencer, but the name Hotchkiss is evident, and only the "Bridge" portion of the town is visible. All 4 pulleys are present. Height 36 inches
