Description

C.1825, E. Terry and Sons, Plymouth, Conn, Pillar and Scroll, 30-hour 2-wt, mahogany case as-found. Condition: Although photogenic, this is a great prop for a Broadway play about clock making in the Connecticut River valley. Scrolls are new, dial from a column and splat and with garish in-painting; tablet new by an amateur. Door cut down from a column and splat. Finials new. Several veneer repairs. Still, it definitely looks the part and even ticks. Height 32 inches
