Description
Condition: the jewel bar has been re-attached and one jewel replaced, and the bar is loose again. Statue is old and with original wooden base with flaking black paint. The arm itself is the BEST in the sale, with original gilding and good porcelain dial. Would be $1,000 with good jewel bar. Height 13 inches
