Description

This walnut case is a bit larger and heavier than 260T. It is 30 inches high, 26 inches wide. Movement, weights, hands, ladder chain, are all the same as the previous clock. This Waterbury pendulum is correct. The case is walnut and in generally good condition. No breaks or repairs on the carved subjects. The brass weights are typical of weights found on Waterbury's Library series and some other of their wall clocks. This carved case is very unusual. It depicts a man and a turkey. Probably a hunter, but I do not see a gun. The "Pilgrim" and the "Hounds" clocks both related to hunting. 8 day striking movement is in running condition but should be serviced. Like 260T above this is a very rare clock.
