Description
A silver inner ring revolves over the neon tube, giving the impression that it is the neon tube revolving. The case is 22 inches high, metal painted black except for a silver ring around the outside that is holding the two halves together. A label on the back reads, "Assembled by Neocraft Mfg. Co. For Neocraft Animations, Elkhart, Ind". Clock runs. Hand set knob on the base. This is an old clock that hung in a car dealership for many years.
