Miniature Louis XV Boulle style, brass and tortoise shell case, 15 inches high. Fancy carved brass corners, heavy brass inlay in shell, and cupid on top. Carved brass door with Greek mythical figures, locks from side with key. Glass panels on sides with heavy carved brass frames. Bottom inside case and inside back door; heavy brass inlay with shell. 4.5 inches brass etched dial with cartouches, old hands. 8-day signed "France" movement strikes on a cathedral gong, running.
