Description

One of their larger cases, 14.5 inches wide and almost 12 inches high. The colors are dazzling in pastel shades of blue, green, yellow, rose, and gold for accent. The movement, as usual, is 8 day, strikes a standing gong on the hours and half hours. Like most of Ansonia's finer porcelain clocks, it has a beveled glass, 2 piece porcelain dial, open escapement, and original hands. The dial ring has some faint hairlines and a tiny chip around one arbor, none of which is bad enough to get excited. I found another 2-piece dial in nice condition, which I will ship with the clock and you install it. This is a very attractive clock and I see some good appreciation in value once the dial is changed. Ly-Ansonia No. 2584.
