Description
Walnut case stands 25 inches high. This case has been cleaned and polished, and not showing any crazing like No. 17 above. I am never sure about finials. This one looks like a No. 6 finial, which I would think would be correct for the No. 8 also. Old dials are still in nice condition; hands, movements, all applied wood parts look to be original, but the pendulum bob is not. Two labels on the back, both are badly worn. 8 day movement strikes a cathedral gong on the hours. Ly-Calendar No. 339.
