Description

Solid oak, hand carved antique desk clock. Size is 10 1/4" by 6" by 2 1/2". Solid oak case has a wonderful original finish, the oak grain is exceptional, the deep carvings are perfect. The 3 1/2" ivorine dial is pristine, the silvered bezel has a dimple at 11 o'clock. Refer to additional photos. Circa 1920. The original English clock movement was butchered by one of those clock bodgers. It is now fitted with an accurate quartz movement. Great antique look for less than the new pressed wood and plastic clocks.
