Condition: the case and hand painted dial depicting a tower clock are in nice condition. Jeweled 8-day movement is fully wound wand will not tick. Set stem is loose, in a plastic bag taped to rear. The miniature hand highlighted dial has exceptional detail. Buy for the art or with an eye to repairing the movement. Height 4 inches
