Description
Condition: this clock has a bit of distress, the dial with a large chip near 1 and other small chips around the perimeter. Front and side glass are OK, (left one is loose), top glass with corner chips. Retains original platform with early lever and one piece steel 3-spoke balance. The dial with the fired in name of the retailer: George Prior, London, and with a fine filigree dial mask of tiny brass wires formed into a scrolling floral pattern. And with original leather covered travel case with locking top, and also with the original unique winding key, setting into a special recess in the bottom of the case. Height 6 inches (15cm)
