Description
Condition: Mahogany stained case is in very nice condition with original finish; minor scrapes to moldings. Original paper dial has deteriorated to light and dark areas from age; most collectors would leave it. Hands and pendulum are original. The movement is stamped "New Haven". Top glass is original with some loss to black painted corners. This clock came from a local estate, and it is our opinion that the advertising glass is original. The glass is not modern, has waviness and the mounting strips look like they have never been disturbed; it is quite bright. See also lot 601 for same model. Height 43 inches
