Description
Condition: the pendulum is not original to this clock, as the crutch assembly on the movement has had the pin cut off [stub is there] and a fork screwed on to surround the pendulum rod. The grid iron pendulum is a compensating model, usually found on German regulators. The large movement has dead beat escapement and maintaining power, and is signed on the rear plate as in headline. The dial is paint on metal. The mahogany case with pine back, has been professionally refinished. Height 94 inches
